An expert in smart payment solutions, cashless payments technology, mobile payment, NFC, vending market, retail financial services and consumer products’ sectors. Past experience includes managing business with multinational organizations including leading telecom operators, banks and system integrators of large scale.

Managing Partner

Over 15 years of experience in executing sales and marketing strategies for innovative e-commerce and mobile platforms and managing large sales and marketing teams for startup companies.

Ms. Dana has extensive experience in strategic marketing planning and high technology-based product management and has held several senior marketing management positions in several multi-national organizations.

Bringing experience and expertise in e-commerce and brick & mortar retail.
In 15 years of professional experience, I was part of Groupon’s Israel founding team, and help strategic management and sales roles in a hand-full of e-commerce start-ups.

We are focusing on creating new D2C channels and increasing communication between brands and customers. We are able today to monitor our shoppers’ consumer behaviors and analyze effectivity in a very short time.

We constantly monitor and embed new technologies that enable us to understand our customers better.

Tom Yao, 30, was born in Shanghai and immigrated to Israel at the age of 13.

After his military service as a rookie, Tom joined the high-tech industry and for the past 7 years focused on opening and establishing the Chinese market for Israeli companies and leading large projects with Chinese cellular giants such as Huawei, Oppo , Xiaomi and more.

Tom brings with him Chinese and Israeli culture, while bridging the barriers to communication, as well as extensive technological knowledge that will contribute to the integration of the Beauty and the technological world.
